Cedar Salmon on the baby Q

This is why I bought this BBQ some 10+ years ago. I'm no fan of the "Q's" with the exception of the baby "Q" it is a must have

This was not a good piece of Salmon, it was $4 a LBS (about half what a decent Salmon costs in kalifornia and Costco Salmon is $12+) it turned out quite well, I'm not a big Salmon eater, but the family is, and it got woofed down. (which is good, all the more Tri-Tip for my lunches this week)

This was a really fun BBQ weekend, I've other cooks to post up, I'll post them when I'm suppose to be working
