This was not a good piece of Salmon, it was $4 a LBS (about half what a decent Salmon costs in kalifornia and Costco Salmon is $12+) it turned out quite well, I'm not a big Salmon eater, but the family is, and it got woofed down. (which is good, all the more Tri-Tip for my lunches this week)

This was a really fun BBQ weekend, I've other cooks to post up, I'll post them when I'm suppose to be working :)

Nice plated pic Chuck. Not a fan of salmon either, the wife will eat it & share with the pups.
Yep, winter is coming we are in the first freeze warning for the season tonight.
 
I love salmon and yours looks great. That little piece you put on the plate just won't do. It looks delicious!
