I wasn’t planning on posting this cook, but my “BBQ Addiction” kicked in and said, “Just do it!”
So tonight is just a quick simple steak and onion ring dinner. My wife and I had a late lunch so
wanted something not too large for dinner. I had 2 chuck eye steaks left from where I cut them off
a 6 pound chuck eye roast. The steaks were salted and then seasoned with Penzeys Chicago Steak.
Put them onto the grill direct while my wife prepared the onion rings.
Flipped!
Done!
