Carne Asada Nachos

Some carne asada on the grill

Then chopped


Added some tortilla chips on a pizza pan and let them heat up a bit, Added the chopped carne asada and let that warm up a bit then added some shredded Colby jack and let that melt a bit.


I made some chorizo and refried beans for lunch and had some left over so they were heated up and dumped on top too.


Added more shredded Colby Jack, Mexican Creama, and avocado and called it good. Dinner was a free for all, I claimed mine with Saracha sauce and 2 pickled jalapenos.
 
Nachos look good....I like the heat you added to them.
I'm going to borrow your recipe..:)
 
Now THAT'S how you do nachos! All I need for tomorrow is a plate of those and for the bolts to beat the donkeys! Man that plate looks delicious
 
Yes, I agree; those are how you do nachos!! I love Carne Asada, and I love nachos; why not put 'em together? Beautiful cook, John!
