Carne asada again....

We did our taxes and to calm our nerves we grilled carne asada...uncle Sam took it easy on us.

Just our standard carne asada with frijoles puercos, Cole slaw , jalapeño and salsa.

Thanks for looking...

I did my taxes this past weekend. Fortunately, I too took a lite hit this year. (whew) As always -- your cook hits the spot! Salute!

Looking good Tony!!! I'm afraid I will probably need more than food when it comes to tax time!! Great cooking!

Tony, please share the frijoles receipe

Here you go...

1 pound of frijoles peruanos or pinto will work also. Clean them and simmer until done. Or get them from the can Goya will work.

1 pack of bacon chopped and in a skillet cook them but don't crisp them. Drain grease and set aside.

1 pack of hotdogs chop and set aside.

Get some chorizo 1 pound and in the skillet you did the bacon cook the chorizo. Drain the grease.

Add a jalapeños they sell sliced already. I think its 8 oz

Then put those ingredients in your pot of beans and bring to a boil.

Enjoy.

If you have any more questions let me know.
