Cards Home Opener night, Wings and a Pepper

Jo was having dinner with a friend, so I grilled breaded drumettes, and a stuffed Anaheim.
Mixed up some onion/chive cream cheese with a Mexican cheese mix, a little cooked sausage, and SPOG.

Small chunk of Fruita wood sweet cherry for smoke.

Wings were dipped in a mix of hot sauce and butter.
The Cardinals got snake bit by the D-Backs, but it's just one game and did not take away the festive all day celebration here in Cardinal Country.

Yesterday on the news they were showcasing ballpark food and using a shiny new Weber Ranch kettle for a table.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

I can only see your last picture Bob. D Backs are going to be tough this year.
Thanks for the heads up Cliff.
I use Google Chrome and can see them, but with Explorer I can't.
Posted them as I always do, must be something has changed with Google Photos. :(
The last one was via Flickr.

Nice dinner you fixed for yourself. I'm partial to the stuffed Anaheim, I'm sure it was tasty.

I can now see all your pics and the breaded wings look AWESOME. RE: Fruita, I received my fourth box order on Thursday--apple--and I continue to be amazed at the aroma when I peek into each box. Recently, I posted about a nearby tree trimmer who was selling 1/4 cord for $60 and he gave me 3 logs of apple. I purposely wanted to compare it to Fruita; I cannot smell the faintest aroma from the samples but my Fruita box sure smells like apple wood. Whether or not that translates into a discernible difference when eating our food I cannot answer but I am still hooked on it. I cannot rely on them shipping promptly--sometimes it takes close to one week--but I just have the mindset now that I realize I can't place an order on, say, Monday with the expectation of having it for the weekend use.

Can see 'em fine now Bob. That's some great ballgame food. Going to have to broaden my horizons and try the stuff Anaheim. I've always used jalapenos.

That's some fun food you cooked up Bob. really like that stuffed Anaheim. Surprised that the D Backs are 6-1 and they do look good hope they can keep it up.

Bob, that dinner looks awesome but that stuffed Anaheim got my attention. Looks delicious.

I was wondering if Anaheim's made for good stuffed peppers. Now I know, yours looks great as do the wings. Looks like your Cards are doing as good as my Giants. I figured 2018 was going to be all New York. Mets are strong, the Yankees seem to be having a little trouble getting it going. Plenty of baseball left :)
