Canadian Bacon with Maple Smoke

Made another batch of Canadian bacon. This time I used a combination of TQ, white sugar, onion powder and garlic powder. Smoked with maple instead of apple like I usually do.
Smoked on the mini between 170-180 until it reached 140. About 4 hours.
Came out great, nice and moist and great flavor.
