Cajun chicken and corn

Howdy folks..though I'd share this quick cook from the other nite..found a old recipe I have not had in a while..chicken and corn Cajun style..basically just thighs and corn, hit with a mixture of paprika, pepper, cumin sugar and cayanne..little butter mixed in..

Here is some boneless thighs on the grill..my mixture didn't stick real well cause the chicken was still semi frozen and of course the butter congealed before it stuck..

All plated up with some brown rice!




Not my best meal...next time I will make sure the chicken is thawed better..the corn was excellent!!

Great looking meal bud. I am going to try that naked corn when we get some down here. I usually cook it inside the husk. My wife would like it better your way I think...
