Butter Bath, Bacon Wrapped, Jalapeno Stuffed Chicken Thighs

I've made these before but I tried a different spin this time. I finished up with Pomegranate, Cranberry, Hobanero Rib Candy. Appears I spend more time cooking than doing lawn maintenance.



Out of the pan and hardening up the bottoms. Then glazed up with Rib Candy. Baked beans on the lower rack.




Plated up.



It's what's on the inside that counts.

That whole plate is next level amazing! I am still laughing at the lawn work comment. You know you find your people when so many others here are like yep, rather be BBQing! I love the use of both grates and the final shot of those chickens, wow! I put that pan on my to order later list at Amazon, but never pulled the trigger, I need to get on that.

My dear wife, who refuses to eat chicken thighs, begrudgingly admits that this is "pretty good".

Thanks for the positive comments. Get yourselves a pan. Let me know if you need help finding one. I should be able to find a link. It really holds everything together and reduces the amount of butter required.

Malcolm Reed has a video doing something similar I have been wanting to try. Chicken thighs are the best part of the bird.
