Decided to do Spanish Chicken from Weber’s Real Grilling. This is easy and good so I can actually do it. Also made some Gus with a chile/lemon butter sauce, little yellows with EVOO and McCormick’s Spicy Steak and finally zucchini with an EVOO/lemon marinade topped with Penzey’s California Seasoned Pepper. The chicken marinade and Gus recipes both benefited from some Penzey’s Berbere. Good stuff! While it was a bit crowded on the grill, somehow everything ended up finished at the same time. Go figure. No leftovers so I took that as a compliment. Life is good and thanks so much for looking…………..

What did you wrap the asparagus with? Great cook!

James I wrapped the asparagus with Prosciutto. I use that instead of bacon because the gus cooks quickly and the Prosciutto does too as opposed to bacon. Just keep the flavor in mind when you add something else to your asparagus. Too much salt is not a good thing.
