burnt a little, flavour still there.
So long!

Not burnt, charcoal charred. Just the way I like 'em. Doing some later today. They will look just like yours, except for a couple for the wife who doesn't like them quite so "black"..................d

Outstanding looking wings Jim! Also am doing some today to take to a Super Bowl party, hope mine come out as great as yours!

:o
thanks Mike, David, Dave and Tim & Tony...butt who ever makes wings today/tonight, I certainly hope they are BETTER than these were...
like i said, the flavour i wanted was there, just too over cooked/burnt.
looking forward to the Wolfe's Pepper Stout Beef that's cookin' right now.

i like my wings a little charred...hell , i just like wings ! those tater slices look primo as well.
i just found out theres a penzeys in arlington , mass. which is like a 20 minute drive from me.....soon as i get there , im buying some BBQ 3000 and summa that cali pepper ! cant wait !

:wsm:

Looking good Jim! I would eat those in a heart beat...Rather a heavy char on wings then to little. Atlesed thats what i say when i burn a few

They look much better than mine Jim!
Mine got deleted out of the camera today.

I'm ready to try John's smoked, then deep fried method.
Can't seem to get them right lately.

Jim,just remember the old saying,if it's smoking,it's cooking,if it's black it's done! Looking good my friend!

They look great to me also ! I tend to like my wings a little more on the 'done' side.

Also I was shocked SHOCKED at the price increase at Sams Club on the 10 lbs frozen wing bag. It was at under $15 for the 10 lbs, Saturday before the Superbowl...$24 freakin dollars. I guess I will have to stick to pork and beef for now....
