Bunch of Good Stuff!

Started off with my version of Gyro's. Found some purple and white carrots and orange. These purple's are sweet, but they are worse than beets, dye everything! Put them in the CI with some REAL butter.


Next a mix of Lamb and ground sirloin, Thyme, rosemary, S&P onto the grill. A few red potato's also.



Pita's warming up.

Plated with store bought tzatziki sauce.


Chicken Jalapeño sausage, roasted beets, taters, and corn.

Taters cooked in some chicken stock and bacon bits.
