Bulgogi Jerky?

I was in H-Mart today, and I picked up a pack of thin sliced marinated ribeye bulgogi. Any reason I can’t smoke this for jerky? How would I know when it’s done?

I've had bulgogi many times when I worked in Sth Korea. Dee-li-shus cooked on a sizzling platter on the grill, (with kimchi on the side).
I'm sure a knowledgeable jerky-head will chime in and give you advice.

Bend test. Smoking Jerky means using lower temps (180 or less) to dehydrate the meat. Check this site out. https://www.jerkyholic.com/ Will does a good job of explaining all about making jerky. Have fun.

Have you ever tried Golden Island Jerky? I imagine it would taste like that. Yum!
