Buffalo Wings and Chops

Picked up some wings that were on sale at Wally World. The wife wanted some chops, so I took some out of the freezer too.

Seasoned the wings with some good ole Southern Flavor. If you have not tried it yet, it is amazing. Its my most used seasoning.

Seasoned chops with cajun Southern Flavor.

Everything on the grill. Threw on a chunk of apple wood as well for a bit of smoke.

Chops done.

Tossed wings in Moore's buffalo sauce.

Threw em back on to tighten up the sauce.

Wings done. Delish!

It was in the 70s this weekend. Perfect breeze and everything. We dont really have bad winters here. I think the coldest it got this winter was in the 20s at night. Which is great because I hate the cold!

Yeah down in Enterprise it's flip flop wx. Up here in the northern AL tundra I have on long sleeves, blue jeans, and made venison tacos on the INSIDE stove. LOL Your cook looks great!
