With the Stufz formed the pocket in the buffalo burger; added in some hi-temp blue cheese, red onions, and bacon.

Buffalo burgers seasoned up with Tatonka Dust...

Getting some oak cold smoke from the tube smoker.

Cooking the burger and Potato Grillers over indirect heat on the grill mat.

Burger topped with more bacon and a side of Ranch dressing.

Dang Marty....I might have to take a knee on this cook. One of the best burgers I've seen on here, very nicely done!
 
How do you like those grill mats.?

Really do like the non-stick grill mats, great for indirect heat... not so good with direct heat! But they are nice for things like chicken skin not sticking to the grill or doing french fries and them not falling through the grill.
 
Buffalo burgers look great. Is this some of the buffalo that your father-in-law raises. Just wondering

It is Russ, it sells so fast we have a tough time getting any for ourselves! Use to eat it daily when the market was slow but now we find ourselves purchasing beef for the price buffalo meat sells for.
