That is as pretty a brisket as I have seen! REALLY good work!
My wife and I made three trips to Europe twenty or so years ago. Grills were almost unknown in Bavaria where my son and daughter-in-law were stationed. Unfortunately, we didn't get to Italy (much to my sorrow). It is really great to see how outdoor grills and smokers have become popular in Europe in the past few years. Of course, I believe that out door cooking has been popular in Italy for MANY, many years (centuries?), you can tell me about that. It's really good to see that we have something else in common with our European friends!
