Brined chicken

Today was a nice day to smoke some chicken. Brined the chicken for 4 hours. 1/4 cup sugar and salt with 3 tbs. of kickin chicken from webers. Also smoked some potatos for something called potatos obrien. Wife likes potatos with bell peppers and onion.

Smoked for about 2 hours 275-300 degress.

used left over charcoal from the smoker to do the potatoes.

Every time I brine or marinate chicken I tell myself to never prep it any other way.
