Cooking up burritos on the Hunsaker griddle over a 1 small chimney of Royal Oak hardwood briquets. I should have used 1 large chimney as the griddle refused to get hot enough, staying under 300F. Still cooked, just slow. It‘s mighty cold out.
Sweet peppers and onions, salt, pepper and butter.
Vermont sharp cheddar and bacon.
Finished them with Lola’s hot sauce. It has a little bit of ghost peppers but it is surprisingly mild and flavorful.
