Breakfast Burrito

Still breaking in the Slate. Maybe my 15th cook on it? Kept it simple today. Some leftover NY strip, onions, cheeses. Two eggs.


Did the steak and onions in a little butter.


Eggs hiding beneath tortilla.


Flipped and filled.


Wrapped. Half for me, half for you.

I can tell by the colour of the Slate that you are all broken in already for sure.

Dang that breakfast really looks nice....these are things I dream about.....

I plan on showing the MRS....she will request similar and I am going to copy you!

If the weather is okay tomorrow morning it is buterscotch pancakes at my place.......on the Slate of course.

With bacon smothered in Amish maple syrup from the great white north......so thick it tastes like liquid vanilla / caramel......
