Add some homemade bacon and an egg and you have yourself the world’s best breakfast sandwich. Beautiful looking English muffins!
 
Finally figured out why these beautiful loaves are shown here. To avoid a repeat of yeast and flour shortage and subsequent price hike, they show these so i will give up and throw out all mine and quit trying.

Keep at it, Tony! I baked a lot of flat, dense bricks when I started! :)
 
Sourdough kalamata sounds like an interesting combination!

I'm not a baker but the Prosciutto Bread they made on a Cook's Country episode sounds interesting, if any of you want to look it up and give it a try. Apparently getting the recipe from the CC website requires a membership, although the video's online.
