Great looking ribs and sprouts but it looks too cold for me, It would take that whole bottle of antifreeze you got there to make me check on those ribs!!!

I can't really grasp a full understanding of scale, please send some to 246 freezing cold Calgary, Attn:JC... So I can ensure you aren't just showing little pictures of practice ribs ;).. hehe.. Jim that looks pretty darn spot on, even if the rub wasn't super.. I would bourbonize, but my knob creek has a problem of ending up in me rather than on my ribs.. such is life I guess.

butt they were good, as were the ribs.
however, the rub on the ribs will not be used again, did not care for it. Cannot explain, will not explain.

That's some expensive foiling liquid, Jim, but at least you foiled them. :p Was that just a case of foiling with "what was in hand"? ;)
Thanks for mentioning your rub thoughts, but your ribs look dern near perfect from here!
