Deconstructed onion rings and zucchini.

Schnitzel looks wonderful and great use of the Turkey Fryer.

I love me a big old fish samich Timothy with lots of tarter sauce....There is a Crab Cooker Restaurant near me and they make the best
Tartar Sauce i'v ever tasted....wish I could recreate that.
 
When California still had an abalone season it was usually served up similar to schnitzel and most of those that ate it had no clue.
