Boston Butt @ 04:00

Well it's raining here. Supposed to all weekend. I figured what better time than now to try my first butt. I got up at three and had it on at four. Keep me in your thoughts.

Sauced with a vinegar base.


Rubbed with a local seasoning called Pig Pin.


I'll post results if worthy. I'm sitting @ 120 internally, going on three hours into the smoke.

Likewise, I also got up and had my first one rolling by 4am. Now that's the WSM and I are in sync, (with the help of Mr. ET-732) I fire it up at midnight and get a good nights sleep while the magic happens.
