Boneless Ribeye/Steak Frites

Grilled up a nice ribeye from Aldi, paired with leftover from lunch fries that I tossed with seasoning and grilled. Added some peppers to the mix so it was a Complete Meal. Whiskey with a lemon slice , dash of bitters and a cherry.


MasterTouch, Vortex with B&B coals. Have to try it next time, but has anyone used their Vortex over the food, sort of like a steam cover?

Thanks. Peppers turned out good, just tossed them over the coals. Fries I put in foil wrap.

Plating was sloppy. but it was 8PM and I was hungry,

Yes, I try to leave out extra sugar when I can - would rather have another drink, .
Though as mentioned in another post, ginger ale/beer and Jameson is pretty good. Need extra lime juice if I switch to just soda water.

Well, fries and peppers would be more neatly arranged, maybe put the fries in a metal cup or tiny shopping cart,
