I finally got around to grilling part of a X-Mas present I received via the Chicago Steak Company. 24 Hour salt brine, served with Margarita grilled shrimp, twice baked potato & asparagus! I would never pay what the web-site charges for these 22 oz. prime bone-in ribeye's but I am awful thankful for the generous gift!
