Bone-in Pork Roast on the Kettle

Tony suggested through Instragram I post this to the board, and not wanting to turn down a fellow hard core griller, I am going to happily oblige!

On my blog, I post what I call "Relatively Wordless Wednesday" posts. Typically, they are weeknight dinners where I don't have time to elaborate on what I've done. As in the case of tonight, I blast a picture to IG & twitter. Words speak louder than words...or in my case, "a few words". Relatively speaking, that is!
