Bone-in Pork Roast on the Kettle

Is there a recipe or instructions to go along with these beautiful pics? Need to smoke one on Friday.

Hi Alyssa - Sorry, no write up for this, but it really is pretty easy. Olive oil meat and then cover with cup of freshly chopped herbs w/salt, pepper, & garlic. Two zone fire. Sear both sides over direct heat and then move to indirect to finish. Remove at 140 and rest for 20. Proof that last minute week night grilling can be awesome!!

Mike that looks almost like the "prime rib" of pork. I'll try a couple of those bones anytime.
