The Lady of the House is a Buckeye grad so I asked her what she wanted for football food and this is what she requested.

I remembered that we had some of this in the fridge so it's going on the NACHOS

That is pepper not dirt, so smoked for about 30 minutes with apple wood

I went indirect with the chicken thighs to get that smoke on them and then direct at the end to get that grill look.

Must say the nachos were terrific with bacon added.

It was a good game for Buckeye fans and I enjoyed the game since both coaches had coached at my school the University of Utah.

CNN Breaking News reports Ohio State one of four teams to make College Football Playoffs. Better make another batch! Congrats.
 
That's the most beautiful plate of Nachos I have ever seen. Hopefully you got a little heat sauce on the side for me when I come
