Recipe of the week from Weber

Skinless thighs marinated over night, for the beer I used a pumpkin stout from Alaskan....good brew would you agree Morgan?

I had reduced the marinate down for a bolder flavor for the saucing, birds about ready to be sauced

To finish the chicken I went direct, I like to get a little char on the chicken. I would sauce, flip, sauce....repeat

The head chef wanted to do wraps, so the thighs were shredded again lightly sauced and added to a wrap with celery and grapes.

Here it is served with a pumpkin stout

A delicious quick Sunday night dinner.

The chicken was very moist and I like the flavors. The sauce was lite no ketchup but very good.

James, I like this a lot awesome job and like you said a delicious quick dinner!! We all need them at times.

Got to admit that's some great looking chicken James. Barb had me print up the recipe for next weeks dinner menu.

Great looking chicken James...I totally agree on the brew too buddy! My favorite seasonal!! I try to buy a bunch before the brewery runs out to have later on in the winter!

Nice work!!

I love that color - I'd have probably eaten a couple as-is (before shredding)..... as a snack :)

Aw-w-w James, that looks really good. The color on the chicken is picture perfect!
Did you get to eat one of those pretty thighs in its natural state?

You nailed it Clint, one was devoured prior to shredding (kind of a taste to make sure it safe for the family), of the 10 thighs only 4 were shredded and used for the wraps, the others were invited to lunch the next couple of days.
