Happy Friday everyone. I did my first beer can chicken last night on the Performer. I was fighting the rain, so my temp didn't quite get to where I wanted, but it still turned out pretty tasty.
I was hoping for crispier skin, but in the end it all worked out. I at least know the temp I need to be at next time. Here's a few pictures:
