It's been years since I've eaten pimento cheese, it seems to be trending up these days.
So I made some:
Store bought brat meat.
Oblong one to fit my bolillo roll, round one for son.
Kingsford Competition for fuel.
Lid went down, and I was getting that come play ball look.
65 yesterday, 75 today, spring has arrived, and our forsythia is blooming.
Morel mushrooms should be popping up soon.
Bacon, and brats 'bout ready.
Pimento cheese on mine.
Good stuff, even though the brat burger plumped up thick, and was a bit dry.
Maybe would be better with a beef burger.
