Beer Brat Burger & Pimento Cheese

It's been years since I've eaten pimento cheese, it seems to be trending up these days.
So I made some:

65 yesterday, 75 today, spring has arrived, and our forsythia is blooming.
Morel mushrooms should be popping up soon.

Good stuff, even though the brat burger plumped up thick, and was a bit dry.
Maybe would be better with a beef burger.

Great looking meal bob! I do like pimento chesse. Nice to see things are starting to bloom
by you, we are still a ways out here in MI.
 
Now thats a lunch!!! Never made pimento cheese before, I can't remember the last time I even had any, might have to give it a go.
