First off my Tortillas and Tacos in the past were ground hamburg...these cooks on this Board inspired me to change it up a bit. For that Thanks to all the fellow Guys and Gals for the awesome cooks you put out and share! Started out with a Beef Rib Steak from our 1/2 we get every year.

now that's a good cook/post. looks like the woodfords helped with the sauce picture hehe. I bet all that tasted good -

don't lift the lid...

Your tacos look great, Roger. Care to share how the Woodfords tasted?

hey Buddy Brian, WoodFords Classic malt. It's not harsh that's for sure. No heavy burn going down. Sort of a mild burn after a minute or so. I enjoy by a smidgen the other malt from WoodFords the Straight Malt. Little darker and a slight more kick but still smooooth. I have a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel also Barrel #32-51 and that bottle isn't bad for less than 1/2 the cost...BUT...with that being said I'm a WoodFords Reserve Groupie and I may go pick up the last bottle of each my local store has in stock. Good stuff. I had my Bourbons/Whiskys lined up and was going to have a 1/2 shot of each but I stopped at 4 bottles. Four Roses, Elijah Craig and the Malts from WoodFords. After the first two "taste tests" I knew I was going to be in trouble and they all would be smooooth at the end. I recommend the WoodFord Malts though. Hope this helps some.....

Very nice looking tacos Roger!!! Using hamburger meat for tacos is almost like calling Taco Bell real Mexican food!!
