Beef Ribs

Never tried to cook these before, but have seen great post's from members here, so I gave it a try. Found a 4.5 lb slab, seasoned up, and on to the kettle. Kept it around 275 - 300 for a coupla hours,

Nice job and Happy Birthday Dave, curious if you found ribs that were meaty. I have done beef ribs once, the smoke went well but I was disappointed with all the work I did and the ribs were kind of dinky, have a hard time finding meaty beef ribs here. (Connecticut)
