Beef Ribs et al - Ranch Kettle

Took the Ranch Kettle for its maiden voyage today. Did beef ribs and chicken quarters. Also did a bunch of sides on it. Used cherry, apple and red oak for smoke. Ribs took about 5 hours, chicken about 2. When it was all done, seemed like the best way to serve it and keep it warm was to just use the grill as the buffet. Everything came out great! Help temps really well.

Thanks for looking!

That Ranch Kettle is amazing and you put it to fine use, excellent ribs and fixings

That thing is huge! Big time grill envy. Always wanted a ranch kettle, but don't know if I need THAT much grill space.

Top notch cooker and cooks!
Nice that they enlarged the flip sides, they were small on the older one I once had.
