Beef prices going down

I guess the cattle herds have rebounded enough to allow for lower prices.
A local store, Karsch's Market, has beef specials this week.
I've always found their beef to be Choice grade.
$2.99 packer briskets, $3.99 tri tips, $2.99 eye of round, etc

Meijer has Chuckeye steaks for $3.49LB in their ad this morning. Caputos a local store has Delmonico steaks for $4.99LB. I like
these lower prices too.

Not happening here yet, some great buys on chicken and pork but very little on beef.
