Beef Kabobs

Sweet peppers, mushrooms, celery and onion on the grill

A couple of zucchini

Found a couple of sirloin steaks and a hanger steak in the freezer. Chunked them up marinated in Kinders Garlic Marinade and seasoned with Tatonka Dust

Placed everything in a grill pan to warm everything up and finish cooking. Potatoes were cooked in the microwave and then placed on the grill to dry up the skins.

Also grilled up some asparagus but forgot to take a pic

Plated and topped with some Chimichurri sauce.

Great looking meal John...I love that Chimichuri sauce!! My new favorite! How was the grilled celery? I have not seen that one!
