Bob Mann

TVWBB Honor Circle
Rubbed lightly with Lowry's seasoned salt.
Cooked on my 18 1/2" WSM, with KBB and red oak chunks, at 250F for 3 hours unfoiled, then 2 hours foiled.

Tender and tasty.

We did 3 racks of ribs on our 18.5 last week while watching the football playoffs. Unfortunately the Packers lost but the ribs were good. Your's look really good too! I just wish there was more meat to them. I got our's at our local Walmart, I'm thinking of trying the local meat market next time but afraid what it may cost. The fresh ones I got at Walmart were $1.88 per lb. and the frozen ones at the meat market (that's all they had on hand) were $3.38 per lb.! And the frozen ones didn't look any better than the Walmart ribs! Anyway it looks like you enjoyed some great tasting ribs!

looks good Bob!

i'm thinking big ol' meaty beef ribs are becoming extinct...
it's getting easier to find money in the streets than beefy beef ribs anywhere.
