Wife get the Airbake Natural Large Aluminum Pizza Pan16" from her Ace store. Her price is around $6. The Goodcooks are great too!

Good looking pies ya got there Josh.
I make a good pie but I’m still using parchment paper as a crutch.

I like to have my pies built and kitchen clean prior to guests coming over.
For me it makes hosting easier so I stack pies on parchment on top of cheap pans.
I use the cheap pans just for logistics.
My pies go on my CI disc with parchment for a couple of minutes then I slide the paper out.
It’s funky but I no longer have any headaches with a sticky peel or table.

I use both my oven and my Weber kettle but the Weber kettle is hands down the best way hereD759CBC2-2B17-4D43-86F8-79542796CF35.png

That looks and sounds fantastic Andy!! Also utilizing that amazing PNW seafood👌🏼

I was a little nervous cuz this batch of dough was much stickier than what I'm used to. After I rolled it out thin and put it on the pan it seemed to be sticking to the pan quite a bit but after I barbecued them they slid right off. I just make my pizzas right on the pan because they're so thin I can't really move them after I make them until after they are cooked. I haven't figured out another way but it seems to work good.
