I like it, but the real estate you need to have as " extra room " is silly.
If you had a nice country area home and was building or had a killer outdoor kitchen setup then yes, looks like a good idea.

I can see how something like this would be useful, it’s way overkill for my needs.

My first thought was it looked like something I would see in a Sharper Image of even Hammacher Schlemmer catalog.

My goal is to someday find a nice quality built massive gas grill and slice and dice it to make something similar, so you can see I am not the target audience for this “alpha” product.

Yes, I do like that. It even has a port to charge your phone. But, it's a little overkill for just the wife and I and I like doing the prep indoors and taking the food to the grill.

When I saw this, it wasn't as much of a "wow, I gotta have one" but instead, I like the concept.

I'm short on prep space and storage space.

What bothers me is they don’t say what its dimensions are! And on top of that, I just got this.IMG_0769.jpeg
This came with a cover, wife’s son assembled it, I put the bins under and installed the cover, and put it away. It will get a workout this weekend. Party for end of summer birthdays!

@Timothy F. Lewis I like that cart AND I like your bench.

What bothers me is they don’t say what its dimensions are!

It's pre-kickstarter, meaning they haven't even started requesting begging for $$$$

The first picture looks like an early prototype and the second and third look computer generated.

I agree dimensions would help, but that one looks a bit too big for me with the side tables open.

We'll see.

As I said earlier, my “acquisition“ phase must be put on hold but, if this had been an offering before the NUUK arrived, closed size does not seem that much bigger that what I have! If the thing is a fortune, won’t happen here. I really like the drop sides, use what you need and have the extra space when you really need that! “Sausage making station”? OOH YEAH! As for the foreseeable future I’m spending only on proteins and grillable treats! No more grills or such.

I know, “Tim says that now….”

I like it. I can see that being useful for a comp chef, where he/she could easily load it on/off a trailer. But for the average or above average backyard cook, it's probably overkill.
