So my kids finally had a free weekend and asked for a sleepover. My 2 plus 5 friends. They and their friends requested Ribs. 3 racks of BB with SYD rub. Apple and hickory about 240-260. 3 hours and then foil with apple juice/ BR sugar and some rub for about an hour . Kept 1/2 dry and then the others with SBR/ACV sauce
Had a tray of beans under the ribs
Also made 8 lbs wings... And bacon cheese fries... These kids can eat ...
Only 1 dozen wings left and about 3/4 rack of ribs
Tried a new sauce on some of the wings... Spicy little kick to
Had me a few drinks Friday night while prepping the food for Saturday
Was a bit windy Saturday so I set up the windbreak
Great food and great friends for the kids to have over
