Good Friday evening folks...nothing special here. Just a basic burger cook in chilly North Carolina. Coldest cook of the year for me (to date)...apologies to all the hard core Northern grillers / smokers:
It is actually going to get down to 15 tonight...but we aren't needing to keep our beers on the grill grate quite yet (hat tip to Mr. Lampe!)
Anyway - only needed half a mini chimney of kbb and a small chunk of pecan for this cook. Getting ready on the jumbo joe
Here's your action shot. 80/20 with KS,P and a slice of colby.
And plated with some red onion and tzatziki sauce.
