Barstool Sports list of best YouTube pitmasters

I see Barstool has a smoking t-shirt. Do they talk about bbq often?

Also they left out my man T-Roy!

I thought Chef Tom's latest vid was really cool, he cooks with his mom for Mothers Day. They do a recipe he grew up on. The food looks delicious also, the vid is good , all the way around.

I've watched alot of Chef Tom's video's, & while I generally like them & what he does; what irks me is - he's always, always, reaching for (oftentimes multiple) exotic, fru fru, rubs for his cooks.
C'mon man - show us lowly common folk how to do it without having to invest in & stock an entire vault of different rubs!

Yeah, he pushes the companies products, but so does Malcolm and Meat Church. But the rubs can be substituted , I never took him to mean that ya had to use their products .

Actually, I might pick up on one thing he does and apply that to my cooks, rather than try to do exactly what he does. He went to culinary school in Portland and easy to tell he has chef training. Lot to learn from him.

I really like Malcom. Been using his BBQ rub for a couple years now for ribs and pulled pork. You can buy it at Wally World now.

I've tried many and I'm pretty much married now to the Killer Hog The BBQ Rub...just bought the 5lb bag from his site since I use so much. I keep one in my office at work and put it on instant Ramen when I stuck for lunch. Great stuff.
