One pound each lean ground beef and turkey along with two sausage links. Diced onion, Red & Green bell pepper, mushrooms. Panko bread crumbs, egg sub, Milk, Big Al’s BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Penzenys granulated garlic powder and Penzenys seasoned Calif. pepper.

Went to the herb pots for fresh Basil, Sage, Oregano and Rosemary mixed everything together and divided into two meat loaves. Top with bacon.

On to the gasser at 350 to 365 for about 1hr.

Veggie was yellow squash in half with butter and EVOO topped with Montreal Steak Low Salt seasoning and parmesan cheese.

Salad was lettuces, cucumber and tomatoes with Italian dressing.

It was great and the nice part I still have another one in the freezer.

Barb,
You sure you didn't 'shoot' this at our house?
Table between two recliners, lurking dog, and I assume, eating in front of the tv.

Loafs, sides, and photos all look fantastic!

I like your style Barb. Got the ol Maverick next to the cold beverage. I got the same going here, but my picture came out too dark, and Im too "mellow" right now to go attach my flash to my camera.

oh yeah.. Good looking meat loaf.

Very nice looking meatloaf!!! Looks like you might have enough leftover for Meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow too!!!

The meatloaf looks terrific Barb. I also have a good "friend" when I barbecue. Her name's Lila, a Brittany Spaniel, and I've never made a dish she didn't love!

~~~Just remember Barb...if you're not hungry, your dog probably is
~~~where's my manners?, I forgot to mention, great looking cook!, and I love how the squash looks...I'm going to have to try that soon! Out of all the veggies I have grilled, I have yet to try yellow neck squash the way you did here. Usually I slice them where they look like chips, never tried splitting lengthwise then topping with Parm/EVOO/Montreal Steak seasoning. The topped squash looks like a meal on it's own!

Where's the pic of Rich w/ his feet up, asleep in his recliner? :rolleyes:
Great looking meatloaves, Barb. And nothin' feels better than having a second meal in your back pocket!

yo Barb! Lemme know when Rich is away... You can grill my dinner anyday! ;)
Looks Outstanding!!

You’re out luck Jim now that she owns the gasser and is trying to pry the performer out of my hands I’m not going anywhere except to keep her wine glass full and to the table to eat:p.
