Doing my annual bacon making for some stocking stuffer christmas gifts. Turned out really well and maybe the best yet. I think hanging it is the way to go.

Nice looking bacon and I like that packaging with the label. Barb and I do the same thing made up about 20 lbs. and we will be sharing with friends and neighbors for Christmas.
