Hello dear friends. It's been awhile, but today was a day for ribs. The weather cooperated and Restaurant Depot had a three-pack with my name on it.
Rubbed with my homemade rub and good to go.

Smoked high heat, about 275F with hickory and wild cherry. At the 3 hour point things were getting tender. On with the glaze (homemade sauce, honey, oj and a pinch of rub) and closed some vents to slow things down. Another half hour and they were done.

Braised red cabbage seemed right for the season and very good with pork. A good recipe here.

Plated. Ribs with some sauce on the side, roasted potatoes with rosemary, braised red cabbage, baked beans.
