Baby Backs on the 22 WSM

Labor Day weekend.... Woot! it means cooking for most of us - We did some baby backs yesterday. Dusted them up and ready to go on...

While the ribs were cooking, Doris roasted some red potatoes and jalapenos on the gasser for a potato salad - This salad had potatoes, beans, garlic and peppers from our garden - as well as some of our bacon. It also had avocado and some dill, I believe....

A nod to Buffett as we cooked....

they were ready to be sauced up after about 5 hours....

and plated.. I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend!!

thank you! - those be some limes - nope... those are probably from Mexico, I'd guess !
