Baby Back Ribs

When we cook ribs it is usually St. Louis cut. The wife was away this week and I was in to mood for ribs so I bought a single package of Baby Backs to experiment with. I forgot how good they are too. The taste was great and I loved the finished color too. Just thought I would share a successful cook.

I always do St. Louis cut ribs too but this picture makes me want to try baby backs soon. Good looking slab of ribs.

We get such great Loin Back ribs at Costco, that we do them often (not exclusively as I have done a total of six full racks of St. Louis cut spares in the past couple of weeks). At any rate, the Costco Loin Backs have such a lot of good meat, that I often pick them.

By the way, I did all of the St. Louis racks on my and my son's new Mini-Joe smoker - awesome pieces of equipment...

Your BB's look wonderful!

Wow, they look delicious. I do baby backs most of the time. I get mine at Wegman's, and they are awesome!
