B3 Sandwich: Crazy Sunday concoction of brisket, butt, bacon

Made this 8 ounce meat monster today from leftover brisket and pork butt and topped with two slices of bacon. Pig candy, actually. All on a toasted Kaiser roll and drizzled with SYD All Purpose Easy BBQ Sauce.

Delish! Just don't tell my doctor...
