Hey All,
Sorry for not posting in a while. Life has been a bit of a roller coaster. Any way here is some PP we did last weekend.

Wsm loaded with RO briquettes. Buried some apple and cherry chunks.

Firing off for an over-nighter.

Trimmed pork butt covered with yellow mustard and rubbed with McCormick pork rub, Bone Suckin Sauce, Oakridge Secret Weapon pork rub. I cleaned out the spice cabinet for pork.
Onto the pit with a dry foiled water pan.

DigiQ set at 230 deg. and time to rack out.

After 11 hours I hit 193 and called it done.

Rested for an hour and pulled.

Looks like you got a nice smoke ring on those butts and they pulled real well. Great looking cook and plate. Well done.
