Asian marinated grilled pork tenderloin from Anne Burrell and olive oiled and salted bread.
Pork grilled direct on all sides until deeply browned...about 4 minutes a side.
...then moved indirect until an internal of 140*. This took a lot longer than I would have thought, probably 15 minutes. I did only use a half a chimney of fuel, though.
Toasting the bread.
Off.
Plated with some Asian slaw with ginger-peanut dressing from Once Upon A Chef (Leigh-Ann found it on Pinterest)
